Hello Fellow Traveller, welcome to my home page.

I am a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer. I have been in full-time practice in the Bournemouth area for twenty-two years. My specialities are Past Life Regression, Healing with Sound, Balancing the Chakras, Gong Meditations, Chanting/Overtoning and Dowsing. I enjoy giving talks, demonstrations and teaching workshops

Sound plays a very important part in the work I do with hypnosis - I call it HYPNOSOUND. My wonderful tools include Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American flutes, Japanese Shakuhatchi and Fujara flutes. Other helpers include Biosound Tuning Forks, Gongs, Didgeridoos and Drums. Voicework as in Chanting and Overtoning. All of these create vibrations which, when combined with the hypnotic state, become very powerful tools for healing.

We are beings of light energy, as are all beings. Every cell and organ in our bodies have their own vibrational frequency. If we could hear our own sound we would hear an orchestra of beautiful resonances. In vibrant health we are perfectly 'tuned' - body, mind and soul in harmony.

When we are dis-eased (emotionally or physically) it is as though the orchestra has a lead violinist playing bum notes - making vibrations that are not in harmony and resonance with the rest of our being. Instead of inner resonance we are in a state of dissonance. My purpose as a therapist is then to create harmonics that can be used by the patient for healing in every way.

Before illness manifests it starts on an unseen energy level. Often because the main energy centres - the chakras - are out of balance. The chakras are spinning wheels of energy that need to function 'in tune' with each other. If one of the chakras is out of energetic alignment with the other chakras then problems follow. Usually Healing begins by dowsing to diagnose any imbalance, which can then be rectified with the appropriate frequencies. This is a very basic first step in treatment because it makes all improvement possible.

After any neccessary balancing of the chakras we proceed with hypnosis, which is an altered state of consciousness. I have a huge 'toolbag' of hypnotic tecniques, tried and tested over many years. These, combined with powerful sound intervals , provide the perfect combination for profound healing to take place.

This initial one hour treatment is £50.
Follow-up sessions are £40.

You have been here before . . .

When I was 14 years old I read a book called The Search for Bridey Murphy by Morey Bernstein. It was a fascinating account of a previous life of an American woman who had never been outside America. Under hypnosis she told of her life in 18th century Ireland. I was already interested in hypnosis and I can remember the precise moment at age 14 when I decided that I was going to be a hypnotherapist and help people to make sense of their present lives by remembering what went before in other lifetimes.

As a hypnotherapist I must have helped thousands of people to recall ancient memories. Exploring past lives is a fascinating adventure - it is also a very powerful therapeutic tool. It can bring great understanding and enable positive changes to happen within the present lifetime.

This is a very important time in our history, many souls who are in bodies today, actually volunteered to incarnate at this time in order to help the process of change that is happening now on our planet. It is vital that we remember the true nature of our being so that we can get on with the work we came to do.

A one-to-one past life session is two hours long. I send a hypnosis CD to you when you book your appointment, to be used daily until you come to me. This is a good preperation for you and enables us to cover a lot of ground in the session, which can be recorded on to CD so that you have a lasting memory of everything that surfaces during hypnosis. The fee is £110.

(incidentally, when consulting a Hypnotherapist, always check out credentials. i.e. what are their qualifications, are they insured, what experience do they have and what professional bodies do they belong to?)

As well as giving talks I also facilitate Past Life Regression workshops. This is group hypnosis in a safe, caring environment and all participants have several opportunities during the day to explore past lives. Workshops are 10am - 4pm. and the fee is usually about £35 per person. These workshops are held all over the country. Maybe you would like to organise one in your area?
